Widening involvement

The Tenant Participation Unit was initially set up to improve involvement by developing and supporting tenant and resident groups.  Its role now includes developing policy and strategy for involving tenants in housing services and developing methods of widening opportunities for individuals and for hard to reach groups, such as young people or Black and minority ethnic communities (BME).

By following the links below, you will find information on consultation methods or forums that have been developed to address the need to widen involvement and overcome the barriers that may affect people’s ability to participate.
