Rehousing in Manchester - updated February 2007Rehousing in Manchester is a guide for staff of supported accommodation providers. It advises service providers about how to rehouse service users when they are ready to move-on from supported housing to live more independently in "general needs" housing. Support workers have a key role to play in advising and assisting clients to find alternative accommodation and it is, therefore, essential for them to understand the range of rehousing services that are available in Manchester. This briefing covers the Manchester Housing Register and Manchester Homefinder which deal with council and housing association properties. To download a copy of the guide click here.
